Our Approach

Usability Sciences conducts usability tests in its custom-built, state-of-the-art lab or at a facility of your choice.

Understand your research objectives

We work with you to understand your goals, identify your target audience, and review what you will be testing (e.g., prototype, live website, application, etc.)

Develop a research plan

Your assigned research team formulates a guide that includes task scenarios, goals, and observations; this drives the research sessions

Recruit targeted and qualified participants

Our in-house recruiting team screens and scheduled target-market participants

Conduct the usability sessions

The research team conducts one-on-one sessions (usually 60-90 minutes) over consecutive days

Present an actionable deliverable

The results are analyzed and compiled into a report, with categorized findings and actionable recommendations
