Webinar: Incorporating Metric Programs into the UX Practice

Webinar: Incorporating Metric Programs into the UX Practice

Consolidating and/or reshaping traditional metrics programs to ensure stakeholders learn from the data they are collecting

About this Event

UX researchers are often asked to help make sense of metric data. Regardless of how you feel personally about the metrics or the rationale behind them, as a UX partner, it is sometimes necessary to help consolidate and/or reshape traditional metrics programs to ensure stakeholders learn from the data they are collecting. Our speaker, Vicki Tollemache, has done just that in her career.

Vicki Tollemache is the current UX Research Lead for Aladdin products at BlackRock, previously Director of UX Research at Grubhub/Seamless. Vicki will share her experience and what she learned from the challenges she faced taking on metrics programs while transitioning traditionally qualitative method based research teams, into mixed-method teams.
