A Practical Guide to User Experience Insights

Re-branding in Progress

Coming November 2019, Usability Sciences’ website will have a new look and feel to better represent the services and value we provide!

We dedicated the early part of 2019 to interviewing our customers, understanding their objectives, and reflecting on how we might evolve to meet the changing needs in user experience. We partnered with a fantastic branding and marketing agency to design a new logo and website, which helped us rethink how we present our offerings. With a heightened focus on supporting our client’s UX design strategies, we brought in a Design Thinking researcher/facilitator to lead our discovery research and workshop practice.

Jeff Schueler, CEO of Usability Sciences, said, “Usability Sciences is great at usability testing – we know this because our customers tell us every day. But we are much more than that, and we want the world to know. We have been doing outstanding generative research for three decades; needs analysis, discovery, concept testing, and early process user requirements. We’ve packaged all of that up into our new Design Thinking practice. So the re-brand gives us a new look, a refreshed message, and a reason to tell the world about it.”

As you can see, we at Usability Sciences are super excited. Stay tuned as the new and improved Usability Sciences experience is loading!

“From beginning to end, everyone I interacted with from Usability Sciences was professional and thorough. I was impressed with the testing technology, the methodology and especially the team that led the project. This is one of the most impactful pieces of research I have ever delivered to my team. Thank you!”

“USC managed tight timelines and a client team that was tough to wrangle, But more importantly, the quality of the work was exemplary. It's work I would hold up as "the way we should do things" and share as a case study across the organization.”
