A Practical Guide to User Experience Insights

Meet Us at IRCE!

IRCE_no_taglineHeading to IRCE this year? We’ll be there in booth 466. Stop by and chat about all things UX, CX, and everything in between. The show kicks off on June 7 at McCormick Place in Chicago, and continues through to the 10th. If you’d like to meet up with one of our team while at the show then contact us here and in the comments mention IRCE.

While you’re there don’t miss our VP of Customer Experience, Scott Kincaid, on Tuesday at 11:00 am present his talk on “How Well Can Buyers Really Use Your Site?” It will be a very engaging session where he is joined by Sonesh Shah of Robert Bosch Tool Corp. Check out the synopsis here:

“Developers and clients can be so close to a project that they don’t really understand how actual customers shop a site. The only way to know for sure is to observe real customers trying to accomplish a task. Our speakers performed a usability study focusing on subjects attempting to buy items and gather information on B2B web sites. You can test your own knowledge of web site design when our speakers share the videos, with user commentary, then ask the audience to vote on which next steps the users took. This session will open eyes as to what seems obvious to business owners but obscure to customers.”

Add the workshop to your IRCE schedule planner here. We look forward to meeting and connecting with you at the show. Also, we’re excited to announce that we will be debuting our new low budget offering for online retailers. You can read more about the Competitive Expert Assessment right here.

“From beginning to end, everyone I interacted with from Usability Sciences was professional and thorough. I was impressed with the testing technology, the methodology and especially the team that led the project. This is one of the most impactful pieces of research I have ever delivered to my team. Thank you!”

“USC managed tight timelines and a client team that was tough to wrangle, But more importantly, the quality of the work was exemplary. It's work I would hold up as "the way we should do things" and share as a case study across the organization.”
