Usability Sciences is growing!
If you have not been to our offices lately, you will see some big changes.
To start, the moment you step off the elevator our new lobby is now in prominent view. No more wandering through the hallways in an effort to find us. Our former lobby was converted into a comfortable waiting lounge for our test participants. We also more than doubled our office space and added two more usability labs, bringing our total number of testing rooms to five. Each usability lab now includes a comfortable viewing room for our clients to watch test sessions on a wall-sized screen, as well as to listen to testers through a new enhanced audio system. Our entire office received a fresh coat of paint, along with new carpeting, new contemporary furniture, and new colorful art work. In addition to our office expansion, the Usability Sciences family has also grown! We experienced a 25% growth in the number of employees who joined our organization this year. This included staffing for both our Usability and our Online Experience teams. We are also pleased to announce the hiring of a General Manager for Online Experience, a Scheduling Coordinator, and a Marketing Director.
