We do offer 2 usability research solutions that can really help in the design phase of a project:
- A Design Walk-through can be performed as soon as your designers have rough comps that we can put in front of target users; by uncovering usability issues early in the development cycle you will save significant amounts of time and money over the course of the project
- Our Rapid Iterative Testing is an extremely effective way to take an initial design and, over the course of a week of testing and redesign, make it a great design
The important thing to realize is that you do not have to wait until the site is fully functional before you perform usability testing. Finding usability issues early will eliminate re-work later.
