Usability Testing Labs - Take our Lab Tour
Usability Sciences manages five state-of-the-art usability labs in our Irving Texas office. Each usability lab consists of two adjacent rooms, separated by a one way mirror, and is wired for digital audio and video recording. An additional separate client viewing room -accommodating up to 10 people - is set up for each usability lab.

Client On-Site Testing
Many of our clients prefer for us to conduct usability tests in the Usability Sciences labs in Dallas. However, we are also able to conduct on-site usability tests for clients using our portable usability lab equipment. This equipment allows up to replicate our office-based lab environment, minus the one-way mirror. Usability tests are conducted in the same manner on-site as they are in our office-based labs. To date, our usability analysts have traveled all over the world to conduct on-site usability tests. We have performed usability testing in North America, South America, Western Europe, Japan, and China. We are also capable of conducting multi-language usability tests for our clients when needed.
