Express Usability Test
For clients wanting a quick, abbreviated snapshot of how well their users can operate, navigate and understand their site or product, we perform a one-day Express Usability Test. In most instances, an Express Usability Test is used to test a small portion of a website or product. It can also be performed in conjunction with a complete Usability Test to validate design changes. A usability analyst will capture the users' comments and will note the overall findings as test participants complete tasks on the website or product. The test sessions are conducted and results are gathered and presented in a single day.

Express Usability Test Deliverables
- Usability Sciences will provide the client with an abbreviated report consisting of an oral debrief and/or brief report consisting of screenshots with bulleted findings
- Digital Video Recordings of each Test Session are also provided, which display picture-in-picture video of product and user
- Express Usability Test deliverables are provided same day or next business day
