Usability Testing
The goal of lab-based usability testing is to provide actionable recommendations to improve the customer experience. We gather:
- Qualitative feedback by observing users as they complete tasks and recording their feedback on the processes and functionality of a product, website, software application, kiosk, Intranet site, newsletter, manual - basically anything that has a customer interface or involves human interaction.
- Quantitative feedback through satisfaction surveys and task timings, when appropriate for the test
Our experience confirms that qualitative user feedback combined with our recommendations to remedy usability problems empowers our clients to improve.
