Usability Sciences Eclipses Industry-Topping Benchmarks
Dallas, TX, July 19, 2007 —Usability Sciences today announced that the company has year-to-date exceeded the number of actual users and behaviors analyzed in its best-in-class client customer experience programs.
In January 2007, Usability Sciences was showcased in Forrester’s report “Where to Get Help with Usability Testing”as having the greatest “number of lab tests completed in the previous 12 months.”
At the 2007 midpoint, the company has analyzed nearly double the number of real user sessions that were analyzed for the entire 2006 year. This milestone bolsters Usability Sciences’ position as the national user experience leader in diversity of customer experience efforts involving a wide variety of user profiles. These user profiles span multiple countries and languages, and cover interactions with multiple digital channels such as the web, kiosks, mobile devices and other interactive touch points.
