Dallas User Research Lab
What to expect when visiting our Dallas User Experience Lab

Usability Sciences features over 3,000 square feet of usability labs in our Dallas office allowing us to conduct up to five simultaneous test sessions.

We welcome clients to our Dallas office to directly observe test sessions; it’s a great way for your team to “peek behind the curtain” and see how we run our tests. Over the years, our clients have told us that in-person observation of testing is an excellent way to engage your team in user testing and get their buy-in for the research.

Up to three client observers can sit with the usability analyst team in the observation room, for immediate communication and consultation during testing. For larger groups of observers, we have conference rooms furnished with Internet connections, a projector, speakers and whiteboards.

During testing days, lunch is catered for clients attending the sessions at our office. We also offer soda, juices, hot beverages and a variety of snacks all day in a dedicated client kitchen.

Other amenities include a phone room that offers privacy for your business calls and free parking in our building’s garage.

Our Dallas office is located near the Las Colinas Urban Center Station of the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), and minutes from restaurants, hotels and shopping malls of Las Colinas.

CLIENT TESTIMONIALS

“From beginning to end, everyone I interacted with from Usability Sciences was professional and thorough. I was impressed with the testing technology, the methodology and especially the team that led the project. This is one of the most impactful pieces of research I have ever delivered to my team. Thank you!”

“USC managed tight timelines and a client team that was tough to wrangle, But more importantly, the quality of the work was exemplary. It's work I would hold up as "the way we should do things" and share as a case study across the organization.”
