UCD Phase #6: Deploy the site to production.

Just before deployment many of our customers will perform a final usability test of the entire site and its key functions.  Other customers use our express usability testing method to do a quick final checkup of some key functions that were just added.  Many times we will find a few things that can be easily fixed and not delay the production release.

How can I quantify my progress?
