UCD Phase #5: Develop the infrastructure behind the design.

As your developers deliver functionality perform Usability Tests to uncover the "usability bugs" and fix them.  You would never deploy a web site without QA.  Please don't deploy it without usability testing.  This is your QA of the user experience.
