UCD Phase #1: Measure user performance.

At this point in the development cycle it is important to establish a base set of user experience metrics so you can quantify your progress as you make improvements to your site.

For this phase we recommend Attitudinal Analytics® to determine:

• who is really coming to your site
• why are they there (visit intent)
• and are they successful in that visit intent

Attitudinal Analytics will help you determine which areas of the site are working well - and don't need much attention - and which areas need your focus in design and functionality.
